The Waterbury Association of Insurance
Professionals (WAIP) was formed in 1953 as a local association of the
National Association of Insurance Women in Region I.
Membership is
open to anyone in any area of insurance. Education and leadership
development are the primary reasons for attending meetings of our local
association.
As a member, you also are a member of the National
Association of Insurance Women (International) and have the opportunity
to attend state, regional, and national meetings for networking and
educational opportunities.
Members enjoy seminars with CE credit,
top quality speakers and having professionals to learn from and look to
for support. NAIW is a professional association and your employer
will value the training, technical knowledge and industry partnerships
you will have the opportunity to forge as a member.
Our new year begins in July, so now would be a
great time to check us out! We currently meet the first Wednesday
